DirectionsCooking: Makes 1 quart of soup. 1. Bring 4.5 cups (36 oz.) of water to a boil. 2. Whisk in soup mix. Stir frequently to avoid possible overflow. 3. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Soup should bubble during cooking. Stir occasionally. 4. Remove from heat. Serve and enjoy.
