The p130-000-aud4k6 extracts the audio track from the hdmi signal and sends it directly to an alternate digital or analog non-hdmi audio device. To power the unit, connect the included usb micro-b cable between the p130-000-aud4k6 and a usb port on the hdmi source or a usb charger. The compact hdmi audio de-embedder/extractor unit features 3.5 Mm stereo, toslink digital optical and rca digital audio outputs to match most non-hdmi receivers and audio devices. It supports two-channel stereo and multi-channel audio up to 7.1 Surround sound. It also supports uncompressed audio, such as lpcm, and compressed audio formats, including dts and dolby digital. Leds indicate when the unit is receiving power and transmitting an audio/video signal.
