The interior is coated with multiple layers of a PFOA-free, non-stick professional finish, and the traditional stay-cool stainless steel handle, affixed with forged stainless steel rivets, ensures a secure grip for tilting and rotating the pan. The line has a sandwich, thermo-radiant bottom (stainless steel/aluminum/stainless steel) that is concave when cold and flat when hot, making it perfect for use on any type of stove, whether gas, electric, glass ceramic or induction.
