cleanTEMP is a self sanitizing thermometer system designed to prevent cross-contamination between thermometer uses. Filled at the start of each shift with standard food grade sanitizing solution, cleanTEMP add sanitizer to the chef uniform.

To use, Simply insert probe through a whole in the cap and place product in pocket. As you remove the probe to temp an item, a rubber washer located underneath the cap squeeges the probe dry. Temp your item, wipe the probe free of debris with a clean towel or apron and resinsert the probe into the cleanTEMP tube to sanitize. cleanTEMP makes safe cooking effortless.

cleanTEMP is a time saving alternative to probe wipes and a replacement for the plastic protective pocket sheath that can harbour dangerous bacteria.
