This system features a juice groove on the cutting surface, to collect juices and direct their flow to the “Pig Snout” (a cut out in the work surface). Stainless steel chef pan fits snuggly below the “Pig Snout” to collect the juices or cut product. Includes the trash ring and trash bag feature. This system is designed to replace the chef pan when it is desirable to dispose of waste directly into a trash bag. The trash ring is designed to accept either a common plastic grocery bag, or various size kitchen trash bags. Also features 2 wire basket shelves, 3 towel bars with 3 “S” hooks, and commercial grade 4” locking casters. It’s the latest self- contained state of the art food preparation center on wheels.
