EK Circle Scissor Pro is great for circle-cutting photos and mattes or for making circle-cut paper art for scrapbook pages, cards, backgrounds and much more. The clear rotating disk lets you see what you cut. Blades are very sharp, keep out of reach of children. Includes rotating circle disc, shuttle that holds blade, and 3 replacement blades. When blades are not in use they can be held inside the shuttle's handle. May also be used with pencils or pens for drawing circles for your projects. Instructions on the back of the package.
