This six-inch Non-IC rated vertical housing is suitable for new construction in residential and commercial applications and for direct contact with insulation. The housing adjusts from 1/2” to 1 1/2” to accommodate ceiling thickness and its 7 3/4” height allows it to be used in 2” x 8” joist construction.
