MIU France 5-quart stay-cool handle stainless steel covered sautT pan item # 95034. Our commercial cookware is constructed with a heavy gauge stainless steel body to prevent any interaction with food. It is then fitted with a stainless steel encapsulated 0.5mm aluminum disk for even heat conductivity. A stay-cool handle is then spot welded to every piece for ease of handling. This covered sautT pan is the most multi-functional size in the kitchen. Use it to cook meats fish poultry or vegetables. The higher sides keep oil from splattering onto the cook top. An added benefit is that the cookware can be used on an induction top cook-top. To prevent scratches use a silicone spatula when scraping the sides of the pan. Both the pot and lid finished with a high polished surface. The pot and lid are both dishwasher safe.
