MIU France 2.4-quart stay-cool handle stainless steel covered saucepan item # 95031. Our commercial cookware is constructed with a heavy gauge stainless steel body to prevent any interaction with food. It is then fitted with a stainless steel encapsulated 0.5mm aluminum disk for even heat conductivity. A stay-cool handle is then spot welded to every piece for ease of handling. An added benefit is that the cookware can be used on an induction top cook-top. To prevent scratches use a silicone spatula when scraping the sides of the pan. Both the pot and lid finished with a high polished surface. The pot and lid are both dishwasher safe.
