Product Description
MIU France glass candy thermometer item # 90071. Use this glass tube candy/deep fry thermometer to monitor oil temperature when making candy or deep frying. It can also be used when making jelly as well. The side clip holds the thermometer inside the pot. To ensure accuracy place the thermometer 2.5-inches into the liquid. The thermometer measures -50C to 200C and 100F to 400F. Wipe clean with a soapy damp cloth after every use. Do not put in the dishwasher.
