Telma Falafel mix is made from choice ingredients such as chickpeas, wheat flour and exotic spices. This delicious, protein rich mixture is authentically spiced and easy to prepare.

Chickpeas, Wheat Flour, Matzo Meal [Wheat Flour (Contains Gluten)], Spices and Coloring, Onion Powder, Salt, Parsley, Leavening Agent (Acid Sodium Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Garlic Powder, Stabilizer (Guar Gum), Natural Flavoring.

• In large bowl combine contents of one bag with 100 ml (1/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp) water. Let stand 10 minutes. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
• Pour corn oil into heavy skillet or saucepan to a depth of 1/2 inch. Heat to 350 degrees F.
• Add falafel and fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
• Remove; drain on paper towels. Makes about 12 falafel balls.

May contain soybean, celery.
