Product Description
This 10 inch tall pot (plus the lid height) heats quickly and holds the heat, so it is great for boiling water for pasta - and is big enough to cook for 2 pounds of dry pasta. We use it for spaghetti. Because it holds heat it is good for long simmering, also. The height could be a problem - the covered pot barely fits under our microwave, and our simmering burner (gas) is there, so the lid is tough to remove. Otherwise, with had washing and the usual non stick care, the pan should last for many years.
